Windows10　または　動画の再生がスムーズじゃない

Windows10の場合、一応　動画は再生されますが、動画がカクつく可能性が高いです。
また、文字が小さく表示されてしまいます。
また、Windows10以外でも動画の再生がスムーズじゃない場合、文字が小さく表示される場合。
以下の処理を行うとスムーズに再生され、文字は通常の大きさに表示されます。

"player.exe"を選択し、右クイック。
プロパティを選択
